Talor IP & Copyright Policy

1. Ownership

Users retain ownership of their original content. By posting on Talor, users grant Talor a limited platform license to host and display content for service operation and promotion.

2. Infringement Prohibition

Posting content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual property rights is prohibited.

3. Notice of Infringement

Rights holders may submit claims to support@talor.dev with:

• Identification of copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Exact URL or location of allegedly infringing material.
• Contact information of the complainant.
• Good-faith statement and accuracy statement under penalty of perjury where required.

4. Response

Talor may remove or disable access to reported content, notify affected users, and request counter-notice where applicable.

5. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to support@talor.dev with your contact information, the removed content location, and a statement made in good faith and under penalty of perjury where required by law.

6. Repeat Infringers

Talor may suspend or terminate accounts with repeated infringement violations.
